Room Policy
- Check out time is 12:00 noon.
- The hotel will not accept any liability for valuables left by guests in rooms.
- The hotel will not be responsible for accident or injury to guests.
- My signature is authorization for the hotel to use credit card imprinted for the payment of my room account.
- I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms
- Our rooms are Non Smoking Room. All forms of smoking shall be prohibited.
- In house guest, visitors, and invitees guest shall not smoke anywhere inside the room, bathroom, or meeting room, except for designated smoking area such as balcony, garden, pool, and lobby.
- Please keep the room closed to prevent smoke entering the room. And due to the strong aroma and smell, it is also prohibited to bring Durian into our hotel.
- Smoking inside the room or prohibited area and bring Durian into our hotel shall be fined IDR 1.000.000,-.
- All furniture within your room are non removable (bed, table, and cupboard) except the chair. Should you need to re-arrange the room, please contact our Receptionist for the permission. Any removing bed or bed down shall be fined IDR 300.000,-.
- Please leave the Clipsal in your room and return the room key when check out to our front desk staff. Any damage or loss the Clipsal or room key will be charged IDR 100.000,-.
